Evening all,

This past week has been incredibly busy, especially today, I can sympathise for most wives/girlfriends today, as football season has officially begun! to be honest, I love it, however I can sympathise for the potential absence of your partners attention, power through ladies, it's going to be a good few months ;)

So what have I been up to this past week? - Well! A few days ago, I took to Meadowhall with one of my best friends Sadie, as we were enrolled in a "foundation and contouring masterclass" with Smashbox Cosmetics in Boots! - It was fab, I learnt so much about the best ways to apply make up and the right shades for you; This is so important to me, because I'm trying to lose weight and it's very much to me, a transformation into a better person both physically and mentally, I want to feel I look good on the outside, when I'm not at the gym, but then again, who doesn't?

So here's my "Meadowhall Haul" if you like!

A new shop in Meadowhall has just opened called "Bubbleology" and it dishes out Bubbletea, when I heard about it on twitter, I had to sample it! This one is the mango and passionfruit one, and it is so so so nice! For those of you that aren't aware what bubbletea is, here's a little snippet off Bubbleology's website to explain:

"Bubbleology is a tea based beverage with fruit flavour infusions, with all natural Tapioca pearls which are consumed along with the beverage!"

They're 100% vegetarian (I'm not vegetarian but it's always nice for those that are to have more options!) Has no artificial colours and it's suitable for those with milk and nut allergies, plus those that are lactose intolerant, and it tasted great, which is an overall winner for me! I can't wait to try a different flavour next time I'm there!

I had to go to meadowhall straight from work, so I also had to grab some tea there as well, I opted for a YO! Sushi takeaway pack with my favourite salmon based sushi in it, which was light and kept me going :)

It was buy one get one free, but typically, this was the last one on the shelf that I liked... damn! But in spite of that, it was still nice!

Anyway, onto the smashbox tutorial, there was me, Sadie and two other girls there, as well as Steph and Jemma from Smashbox taking us all through the perfect foundation and contouring process! We're talking primers, foundations, concealers, powders, blushers and contouring kits... I wanted it all.

I walked away with the Smashbox powder contouring kit, which I ADORE, plus the studio skin foundation in shade 1.1 because I'm ridiculously pale haha, but take a look at the results!

I was so incredibly happy, a massive shoutout to Steph and Jemma for their time and their fab service, I look forward to the next one!

Ladies, if you're looking for a new foundation, or infact any makeup, please please please head to your nearest smashbox counter, you won't regret it!
So what else have I been up to recently? Oh yeah, I had my hair coloured, I'm now a fully fledged blonde! no more darkish roots (Thank God!)
What do you guys think? If you look at the photo of me above, I would say it's quite the difference! So far I like it haha!
It's another big part of my transformation, I'm happier with myself and building up that all important self confidence, remember all, happiness is the key, I know it's easier said than done, but try and turn any negatives into positives and keep smiling!
Finally, not slipping away on why I started this blog ha! I am still going to the gym as much as possible, I'm getting stronger and day by day I'm getting fitter, I can now lift 130kg on the leg press, which I am so so so proud of myself for, as when I started I could barely do 30kg! I'm doing my next lot of measurements in september and I hope to see some more improvements for you guys, but I'm carrying on with the cardio and I'm hoping to get to some more classes soon!
I'll post again soon, but I have a busy month ahead of me!
Until next time!
Hayley
